With over a decade of expertise in home inspections for hail and wind damage, Joe skillfully facilitates free roof and siding replacements for his clients. He ensures his customers receive exceptional service and results. When he’s not helping customers restore their homes, Joe enjoys restoring his cars.
With six years of experience as an insurance agent, combined with nine years of experience as a senior inspector and client representative, Art excels at inspecting homes for coverable damage and maximizing homeowners’ insurance compensation. Renowned for his reliability and meticulous attention to detail, he delivers clarity and accurate results every time. Outside of work, Art is a dedicated family man who hosts family parties and weekly game nights.

After moving from Poland at age 19, Pawel embraced the American dream with open arms by dedicating his career to the home restoration industry. With an impressive track record of 24 years in the industry and millions in successful home renovations, he now serves as our esteemed general manager. Pawel meticulously oversees all claims that come through our office, ensuring each one receives his undivided attention and expertise. In his free time, he supports his son’s booming college football career and follows sports.

Jack, our exceptional production manager, embarked on a new journey from Poland at the age of 27. After working in the industry for a few years, Jack, along with his co-founder Pawel, took a leap of faith and opened our esteemed company. Today, Jack is responsible for ordering job materials and managing our installation teams, ensuring a seamless process for every client’s installation. In his free time, Jack enjoys hiking, riding his bike around Chicago, and showcasing his impressive dancing skills.
Natalie, known around the office as the “Permit Queen,” assists in business operations and brings her estimate-writing expertise to the team with an Xactimate Level 2 certificate. While attending nursing school, she has dedicated a remarkable three years to our company, excelling in her role. When she’s around, she playfully teases Artem and AJ, but outside of work, she immerses herself in her studies. On weekends, you’ll find her reading and spending time with her dogs.
