Spoiler alert… we don’t actually need a roof replacement. Thanks to Dan and his drone, we know that we have a chimney flashing issue and that our roof is fine for now. Dan is one of the most knowledgeable and helpful service providers that we have ever worked with. He was prompt, communicative, and generous with his time during the estimate. Even when it became apparent that we were not going to be an immediate client, he spent time educating me, suggested a few masons that I could contact, and actually followed-up with photos of the chimney for me to forward to masons for estimates. I hope we don’t need a new roof for another 5-10 years but when we do, Horizon will be our first call because they hire people like Dan.
