Most garage door replacement jobs take one day. Some take two, especially if we’re replacing a wood door with a steel one or dealing with a frame that needs rework. In older Naperville and Wheeling subdivisions built in the 1970s, garage openings are often narrower than today’s standard sizes, so our crew sometimes adjusts the framing before the new door goes in.
