With seven years of home inspection experience, Artem knows what storm damage looks like and how to document it clearly. He prepares the photos, measurements and written estimates homeowners need when they file a claim, and he can meet the adjuster on site to walk through what he found. In his free time, he enjoys working on home-improvement projects and spending time outdoors with his dogs.
Drawing upon his background in design, Dan excels at selecting home finishes with precision. As our tech savant, he uses drone photography to thoroughly document and verify damage, ensuring comprehensive assessments. Dan is also comfortable reading insurance paperwork, so he can explain what an approved scope of work covers in plain English and point out items that may have been missed.
Known for his commitment to thorough inspections, AJ routinely works long weeks because he takes his time at every home. His level of commitment has earned him the title of Top Representative for the past three years. Outside of work, AJ creates cherished moments with his daughter and follows basketball and football.
LaCosta is a talented professional with exceptional design skills, known for her outgoing and personable nature. She deeply cares about her clients and is relentless in her pursuit of the best solutions for their needs. Outside of work, LaCosta enjoys spending quality time outdoors, accompanied by her two beloved dogs.
Joe, known as Jojo around the office, has been with the company the longest. With over a decade of experience inspecting homes for hail and wind damage, Joe documents what he finds, explains whether a repair or a replacement makes sense, and guides homeowners through the project from inspection to final walkthrough. When he’s not helping customers restore their homes, Joe enjoys restoring his cars.
With six years of experience as an insurance agent, followed by nine years as a senior inspector and client representative, Art understands both sides of a storm claim. He excels at inspecting homes for damage and documenting it in the detail an adjuster expects to see. Renowned for his reliability and meticulous attention to detail, he delivers clarity and accurate results every time. Outside of work, Art is a dedicated family man who hosts family parties and weekly game nights.

Ruby, our prized “Claims Ninja,” brings her extensive experience and expertise to our team. With six years of prior experience as an insurance agent, she understands how claim paperwork is read, and she has proven invaluable during her four years with our office. Ruby’s meticulous attention to detail and Xactimate Level 2 certificate are highly valued: she prepares the estimates and documentation customers submit with their claims and keeps the paperwork moving. In her free time, Ruby is a devoted caregiver to her adorable little girl and loving husband.
After moving from Poland at age 19, Pawel embraced the American dream with open arms by dedicating his career to the home restoration industry. With an impressive track record of 24 years in the industry and millions in successful home renovations, he now serves as our esteemed general manager. Pawel personally reviews every inspection report and project estimate that comes through our office, so each job receives his undivided attention and expertise. In his free time, he supports his son’s booming college football career and follows sports.
Jamie, our dynamic marketing manager, serves as the driving force behind our marketing endeavors. She not only curates compelling campaigns but also captures our craftsmanship by filming projects using her drone. Through her creative lens, Jamie showcases our dedication to excellence, highlighting every intricate detail that sets us apart.
Jack, our exceptional production manager, embarked on a new journey from Poland at the age of 27. After working in the industry for a few years, Jack, along with his co-founder Pawel, took a leap of faith and opened our esteemed company. Today, Jack is responsible for ordering job materials and managing our installation teams, ensuring a seamless process for every client’s installation. In his free time, Jack enjoys hiking, riding his bike around Chicago, and showcasing his impressive dancing skills.
Natalie, known around the office as the “Permit Queen,” assists in business operations and brings her estimate-writing expertise to the team with an Xactimate Level 2 certificate. While attending nursing school, she has dedicated a remarkable three years to our company, excelling in her role. When she’s around, she playfully teases Artem and AJ, but outside of work, she immerses herself in her studies. On weekends, you’ll find her reading and spending time with her dogs.
